We are pleased that you have chosen AACargoPlus to transport your shipment. Our goal is to always provide the best service possible. However, in the event your shipment experiences circumstances that result in a loss or damage, you will need to submit a AACargoPlus Claim Form. Please print and complete the form and fax it to 916-859-2545. All claims must be submitted within 90 days of the original shipment date.
